Sorry lama tak menulis. Tapi aku tengah dalam 4 project software serentak, so nak kata agak busy adalah satu understatement. Purata jam bekerja pada setiap hari: 18 jam. What an overkill! But I believe in my work. I get mixed up dengan kebolehan badan dan alasan yang kita selalu bagi bila nak berehat. So sometimes I cross the border a bit, but that doesn't matter. My goals are important now, as it was important then. Mediocrity in work doesn't compute for me. I've learned from the best, humans if not pushed will stay mediocre.
Aku jugak baru develop satu concept untuk online media streaming. It's a hybrid concept. If my theories prove me right, lepas ni kita akan streaming video dan lagu, macam kita receive siaran TV, tanpa sekat-sekat. The trick is to view the whole streaming process in another angle.
If I was a mechanical engineer, and I'm in a project to design an engine not using fossil fuel to run it, I'd review the whole concept of the engine all over again. Currently people are developing electrical cars in replace of fuel. But it proves we need a whole lot of battery to give it the power we have in comparison by running the engine on fuel. So that takes a lot of space for a car. So what people are currently doing right now is designing new electricity containers that are small yet holds lots of potential energy. Yep, the scientists have done this already. But what people don't think about is that, the ENGINE, it still needs a lot of power for it to run. They are currently solving the "lots-of-power-to-feed-to-the-engine" part.
Why not solve "the-engine-requires-less-energy" part? Now this is where the revisiting of engine technology enters. And eventually, this will lead to "motors". Why are we still using the concept of motors to provide revolution? The "motor" concept is everywhere, and it requires some amount of energy for it to 'rev' at a not so suitable ratio if we were to implement it as car engines using electricity. Fuel, yes, it works really fine. But for what the future has in store for us, we have another "how many years" of reserves, which is not enough to fuel our transportation in the future.
My conclusion, if we were to make better electric cars, DROP the motor paradigm. It's old technology. Better yet, try dropping the electricity concept, find another way for creating potential stress to generate energy.
Wait a sec, did I just talk about new car engine paradigms? Yep, I did. I should've been a mechanical, electrical and chemical engineer all at once to prove that concept right, until then, it's just a stupid concept from a local computer programmer.
But i really think I have to say this again,
Damn I'm good.
About the hybrid concept for audio/video streaming on the web, now THAT's my field, of which I can work on. You guys will just have to wait for me to finish my research and create the technology first.
p/s: Sorry kena tulis dalam english untuk part engine tu, kalau tak ayat aku berterabur dan panjang.
